“Quality stands for our conscience”
The two markets of earphone and DIY are similar to some extend
although the former is not so competitive as the latter one. The similar point
lies in that the hi-tech skill is controlled by those big world famous
manufacturers, the seniority situation is deep-rooted, which is quite difficult to
remove in the near future. The superior earphone marke of our national
market is full of all-foreign brands, such as SENNHEISER from Germany,
SONY from Japan, SHURE from the US, AKG from Austria, etc. However,
when people talk about Chinese brand, it is hard for us to find a good
supplier who is enough to compete with those above. Admittedly, we are not
so strong in the field of accumulation from culture to technology, which leaves
national brands to be desired. Anyway, there is still wide space for us to
accumulate skills or innovate technology. Once China become the world
factory in the future, the power of technology accumulated would certainly
support us to grow up.
Burn Technology Co., Ltd., branch of Hongkong FOXCONN, owned
TESSM has heaped up a lot of producing experience, moreover, we have
our unique understanding about sound. We positively explore Europe market
for our products, and made a satisfied business there, meanwhile it has won
a good reputation in the world. Today, through the severe market challenges
and deposition of technologies, TESSM is surging into Chinese retail market
with a totally new appearance. And we also got the acknowledgements from
large group of music fans in a short period. How did BURN make these
achievements? Let’s walk into the interview with the leading man of TESSM--
Tian Chenggang, general manager of Shenzhen BURN Technology Co.,
Ltd.

Editor: Would you please talk about your experience?
Tian: ah, I would rather happier talk about our team than myself. One who
are ambitious to run an enterprise well needs an excellent team. Well, there
is just one person enough to destroy it. There should be more than one talent
in charge of different task in a team. All members only band together, all
minds think and act in the same way, and enterprise can make great
accomplishment. As my usual words said, “If BURN becomes in a state of
semi-paralysis due to my leaving, I would be more upset than anyone else,
because I will blame myself and take it as my personal failure! I would never
have our company suffer loss to seek my personal benefits, because the
permanent purpose of BURN is that the leader should be serving staff; staff
is serving corporation, and corporation is serving the society. So how my
team can serve corporation if I didn’t serve them well, and how shall we serve
the society? There is chain reaction lying in the three sides above.”
Besides, I have other words to say, we have one or more talented
person in every department when we allocated our human resources, they
are reliable, uncomplaining, often hard-working persons, having good
character and high abilities. What’s more, the always stick to their post
serving BURN quietly without any dissent. Take our marketing manager Mr.
Wu Zhongrong and Mr. Song Minghua, engineer of R&D Dept. for example;
they are the rare talents in our business line. I surely know that they could get
higher salary in other company, but they are willing to stay in BURN, it
obviously shows that, they have a strong confidence of our company that we
surely can make some achievements in the near future.
Editor: Could you please give us a brief introduction of technology and
specialty of your products?
Tian: Firstly, we have developed the closed second-generation moving coil
skill; secondly, we have lots of creative, exquisite designs of models from
different originality companies. These model cases should be sent to us to
test its tonic chord so as to determine which is the best one to launch into
market. We have the sole patent right arranging from the core-skill of moving
coil diaphragm to design of the cover.
